JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Mandate Party (PAN) Amien Rais again threw criticism for the government of President Joko Widodo.
Amien criticized the Jokowi era economy that has not been successful. However, he also mentioned Jokowi still have time to improve the domestic economic conditions.
“Jokowinomics has not succeeded,” said Amien at Muhammadiyah Da’wah Center Building, Jakarta, Wednesday (4/7/2018).
Criticism Amien delivered when delivering speech at the event friendship and halalbihalal PP Muhammadiyah. The event was attended by Vice President Jusuf Kalla.
Amien also criticized the discriminatory conditions of democracy and law in the country.
“Democracy, but it’s discrimination, I say discriminative democracy, a small law pursued, which is great,” he said.
Examples of such legal discrimination, he said, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is a selective case of corruption.
“Tens of billions passed, hundreds of millions, billions, chased,” said the former Chairman of the Muhammadiyah Central Executive.
Amien also criticized the issue of political discrimination in Indonesia. The government coalition is defended, while opponents or opposition governments are pitted against the sheep.
“Never mind we both know all, so there is koncoisme,” he said.
Therefore, Amien also invites all parties to find solutions together to realize an inclusive democracy and embrace all.
“Yes, economics, politics, law, so that there is no country above the country.” It’s now or never tomorrow will be too late, “said Amien.
